  • IVR (Interactive Voice Response), call queues, CRM connector, Text-to-Speech, Voice Mail, Voice Recorder.
  • OPC web panel to view the status of internal lines, initiate and accept calls, set preferences, and send messages.
  • Statistics, tracking calls by user and by minute, response delays and missed calls, with alerts to the administrator if service quality is poor.
  • Call automation through scripts.

ABILISphone

  • It is completely independent of the mobile network operator.
  • It works with any coverage: WiFi, cellular data, and even with GSM / UMTS / VoLTE telephone service alone.
  • It allows ABILIS clients to avoid giving employees a company smartphone. Each person can use their own smartphone as if it were their desk phone, even while on the move.
  • ABILISphone does not incur any costs on the SIM, as all calls are routed (free) to the company switchboard and from there to the telephone network.
  • ABILISphone is also capable of reporting the GPS location of the cell phone and tracking its movements.

  • ABILIS opens secure/encrypted VPN connections to corporate servers and the telephone switchboard, offering the same level of quality, security, and comfort as at the headquarters.
