Abilis Base-P and Abilis Base-Q are two expandable devices. The difference between the two models is the type of processor and the amount of RAM. Below there are the hardware characteristics of the base unit:
CPU Core2 Duo E6400 2.5 GHz for Abilis Base-P or Core2 Duo E6550 CPU 2.5 GHz for Abilis Base-Q
1024 MB RAM DDR2 for Abilis Base-P or 4096 MB RAM DDR2 for Abilis Base-Q
The other components remain the same:
512MB Compact-Flash modules for boot
PC platform with 2 PCI-slots and 2 PCI Express
2 RS-232 ports
Hardware Watchdog processor
10 USB ports
1 Gigabit Ethernet
These are the expansions:
