The meaning:

STATE

The IPMon driver state:

INACTIVE - configuration parameter ACT:NO.
ACTIVE - fully ready to work.

IP

IP address.

State

State of the IP address:

DOWN - IP address is down.
UP - IP address is up.
N/A - IP address cannot be polled (IPRes is down).
UNK - IP address was never polled yet, therefore state is unknown. Possible only during transitory at activation.

Time

Time elapsed since the change to current state.

Down%

Percentage of DOWN time vs DOWN+UP time.

IpRes(St)

IpRes through which the IP address was reached.

Description of IP address.
