Abilis Base-P and Abilis Base-Q are two expandable devices. The difference between the two models is the type of processor and the amount of RAM. Below there are the hardware characteristics of the base unit:
CPU Core2 Duo E6400 2.5 GHz for Abilis Base-P or Core2 Duo E6550 CPU 2.5 GHz for Abilis Base-Q;
1024 MB RAM DDR2 for Abilis Base-P or 4096 MB RAM DDR2 for Abilis Base-Q.
The other components remain the same:
512MB Compact-Flash modules for boot;
PC platform with 2 PCI-slots and 2 PCI Express;
2 RS-232 ports;
Hardware Watchdog processor;
10 USB ports;
1 Gigabit Ethernet;
3 Power out connector useful to supply UMTS BOX2 or POTSBOX.
These are the expansions:

Abilis Base-Q includes all licences but VMX and Data Comp ones, because it's a class 13 device. Refer to Section 6.1.1, “ABILIS ID and the class of product” to know more about licencing.
