The Cellkey device must be Run:Yes and Con:Yes. If Run:No, this means what after adding of device Cellkey, the Abilis was not restarted. If Con:No, the possible cause may be the USB port mismatch. In this case check if the value of the USPORTID parameter it is identical, configured/assigned in d dev and seen with d usbdev.

The usbportid can't change on-the-fly plugging and unplugging a device on a different port. If connecting a device on a different port is needed, follow the below steps to reconfigure the USBPORTID parameter:
