A single redundant system — two compact appliances installed in two different locations of the estate — is the autonomous manager of all the technical resources your property needs: internet connectivity, cybersecurity, private telephony, automation, video surveillance, and alerts.

It does not depend on the cloud. It does not require an IT specialist to live with it. It is as easy to use as your car: one screen where everything is self-explained, and one phone number to call when something special occurs.


Internet that never fails

The Abilis connects to multiple internet lines simultaneously — fibre (where available), a point-to-point microwave link, Starlink satellite, and mobile 5G/LTE connections.

All lines work together at the same time. If any line goes down, data is dynamically distributed over the remaining working lines. The only effect is a reduction in speed. Video calls keep running. Cameras keep recording. Your smart home stays online.

Camera recordings stay on your own device — not on Amazon's servers, not on Google's.

Telephone calls with Abilisphone are the same as discussions at home: they never leave your walls. Calls between mobile phones — wherever they are used, with whatever carrier — are encrypted with a private key, producing the same encryption used by banks for their transactions.

No monthly fees, other than the one for your Abilis support services.

See who's at the gate — from anywhere

Someone rings the bell at your entrance. Your phone rings — in the kitchen, in the bedroom, at your apartment in Milan, or on your yacht. You see the visitor on screen. You speak to them. You press a button and the gate opens.

If nobody answers, a voice message plays automatically: "Please leave a message after the tone, or press 2 to reach the property manager."

The intercom, the phone system, the voice menu, and the gate motor — all handled by one device. And the device is driven by yourself.

Telephony — the Abilis handles all your calls.

Cameras — no subscription, ever

Cameras at every entrance, along the perimeter, at the pool, in the garage. All recording continuously. When something moves at night near the gate, the recording switches to high quality — and you receive a text message immediately, even if you are a thousand kilometres away.

No monthly surveillance subscription. The footage is on your own device, in your own home, under your own control. Want to review what happened last Tuesday at 3 AM? Open any browser and scroll the timeline.

If you want a physical deterrent, the Abilis can simultaneously switch on the floodlights and activate a siren — automatically, without human intervention.

A phone in every room — and in your pocket

Kitchen, master bedroom, study, pool house, staff quarters — each room has its own extension. Calls between rooms are free and instant. One main number for the outside world.

When you leave the villa, your mobile phone becomes an extension of the house phone system. Incoming calls follow you. Outgoing calls show the villa's number. No extra SIM card. No extra cost on your mobile bill — calls go through the Abilis, not through the carrier.


Your home responds to you

You arrive in the evening: The entrance sensor detects you. The path lights come on. The shutters open. The living room is set to 22°C. All automatic — one event triggers a chain of others.

You leave for the season: All lights switch off. Shutters close. The heating drops to economy mode. But the cameras stay active, and the system begins switching lights on and off in different rooms at realistic intervals, creating the impression someone is home.

You want to check from abroad: Open the Abilis on your phone. A visual floor plan of the villa shows you what's on, what's off, and what the temperature is in each zone. Tap any button to override anything.

Know what happens — even when you are not there

The Abilis has four ways to reach you when something important happens:

You choose which events trigger which alerts. Combine them: a perimeter breach could trigger all four at once — text you, call you, light up the garden, and sound the alarm.


Your guests get WiFi — and nothing else

When guests connect to the WiFi, they get internet — and only internet. They cannot see your cameras, your files, your phone system, or your automation controls. Two separate worlds, managed by one device.

For children's devices, the Abilis blocks dangerous or inappropriate websites automatically — without installing anything on their phones or tablets. It works on every device that connects to the network.


Your villa — from your other home, your office, or your yacht

A private encrypted tunnel connects your villa's Abilis to an Abilis at your other property. Through this tunnel, everything works as if you were sitting in the living room: cameras, automation, phone calls, system administration.

No cloud service in between. No subscription. No one can intercept the connection. The two Abilis units talk directly to each other through their own encrypted channel — the most secure form of remote access available.
