CTIAS resource is the container of CTI plugins (voice mail and other services which will be developed in the future releases). Administrator can choose to:
activate CTIAS and then the desired plugins;
activate directly the desired plugin. Abilis will automatically activate the CTIAS resource if it's not.
Add the resource to the Abilis system with the following command.

The CTIAS resource may already exist in the system, but may not yet be active. Set it active with the command:

Meaning of the parameters:
sesnum
Number of sessions that the CTIAS can support at once [0..255] <ReadOnly>.
TC-SESNUM
Number of on-the-fly simultaneous transcoding session allowed for ALL plugins [0..255].
