Abilis Base-D

Abilis Base-D is an expandable device. Below there are the hardware characteristics of the base unit:

DualCoreCPU 1.8 GHz;
4096 MB RAM DDR3;
2 Compact-Flash 128MB modules for boot;
1 RS-232 ports;
7 USB ports;
2 Ethernet;
3 Power out connector useful to supply UMTS BOX2 or POTSBOX.

These are the expansions:

UPS-PSU 10A;
1 BSE.
BSE device configuration creates 8 BRI and 40 POTS and only the actually installed ones will be running. The not installed ports will appear as "Not running" and may be deactivated and hidden using the S INACT CTIP:xxx command.
The D PCIDEV will show the type and numbers of ports actually present on the installed BSE card using the following scheme:

Nickname used to identify the card available in one or more mounting options.

Number of BRI ports.
y
Number of on-board POTS ports.
z
number of POTS ports available through ELTI interface and POTSBOX.
Examples of BSE:
- BSE28 0-4-32 (4 POTS on-board plus 32 POTS via 1 ELTI/POTSBOX);
- BSE29 4-0-32 (4 BRI ports and 1 ELTI port for up to 32 POTS via POTSBOX);
- BSE26 2-2-32 (2 BRI, 2 POTS on-board plus 32 POTS via 1 ELTI/POTSBOX).
