Calls directed to CITO-ADAPTER are routed in transparent mode.

13.3.1. CTI Routing table configuration

Assume that:

Abilis has the following CTI ports configuration: port 101 is used to connect CITO-ADAPTER and ports 102/103/104 are used to connect POTS phones.

Type the following command to verify the ctig configuration:
