Administration — All Users Recent Calls
Navigate to Administration > All users recent calls.
This page shows the call history for every user on the system in one combined view —
unlike the Phone > Recent Calls page, which only shows your own calls.
When to Use This
This is useful when you need to:
- Find a specific call but don't know which user handled it — for example, "someone called from +39 02 555 1234 yesterday, who answered?"
- Audit phone usage — check how many calls were made in a period.
- Investigate complaints — a caller says they called but nobody answered. Check here.
What You See
A table showing all calls across all users. Columns: date/time, user, correspondent, call type
(incoming/outgoing), call result (answered, busy, aborted, unreachable), and duration.
Filtering
Use the filter options to narrow results:
- Call type — Incoming, Outgoing, or both.
- Call result — Answered, Busy, Aborted, Unreachable.
- User — show calls for a specific user only.
- Date range — limit to a specific time period.
This page is only visible to administrators.
