Administration — All Users Recent Calls

Navigate to Administration > All users recent calls. This page shows the call history for every user on the system in one combined view — unlike the Phone > Recent Calls page, which only shows your own calls.

When to Use This

This is useful when you need to:

What You See

A table showing all calls across all users. Columns: date/time, user, correspondent, call type (incoming/outgoing), call result (Answered, Busy, Aborted, Unreachable), and duration. The column meanings and call-result values are the same as on the per-user Phone → Recent Calls page — see that page for the column-by-column reference.

Filtering

Use the filter options to narrow results:
