This is where you manage who can access the Abilis and what they can do. If you are the person responsible for the Abilis in your office, this is your section — here you create accounts for colleagues, control what each person can see, keep the system updated, and make backups so nothing gets lost.
Click Administration in the sidebar. You'll see six tabs across the top:
| Tab | What you use it for |
|---|---|
| Users Management | Create accounts for new employees, change passwords, control which sections each person can see (e.g. the receptionist gets Phone access, the IT manager gets everything). Details → |
| Users Rights | Advanced: control access to specific directories within FTP or specific pages within the web interface. Most installations don't need this. Details → |
| Virtual Office | Configure the Abilisphone mobile app — lets employees use their smartphone as a desk phone when they're away from the office. Details → |
| All users recent calls | See the call history for all users in one place — useful for checking overall call volume, finding a specific call, or investigating a complaint. Details → |
| DNS filtering | Block websites across the entire network — social media during work hours, known malicious sites, or any domain you want to restrict. Details → |
| System | Save your configuration (so nothing is lost after a reboot), update the firmware to a newer version, and check system-wide settings for email and SMS notifications. Details → |
/recordings/, configuration

says "this user, when connecting via FTP, may only read the /recordings/

she can open, and whether she can only look or also change things.→ How-To Guides — step-by-step instructions for common tasks like adding a user, changing a password, enabling HTTPS, or upgrading the firmware.
